We have developed and implemented a fully integrated environmental management system (EMS) – an EMS that meets our regulatory obligations, protects the environment, and guides our employees. We believe that our employees' knowledge and skills is critical to good environmental management. We provide extensive training and support on regulatory requirements, company procedures, and a range of technical disciplines to ensure our employees have the ability to make sound judgments on environmental matters.

We undertake thorough reviews of our operations to ensure environmental requirements are met, and we audit all of our facilities annually to internal standards and practices, regulatory and permit requirements, and industry-preferred practices. The information obtained through these reviews is critical to continuous improvement of the environmental performance of our operations.

ASAUP has implemented non-formal education to increase the ratio of literacy in national level.

As its one of main concern is to reduce the rate of poverty and to carry on contribution in making efficient manpower it has provided training to young people. Such as mushroom plantation, vocational training, Skill development training etc.

In health sector ASAUP is concerned about HIV/ AIDS/STD. We have celebrate national Polio Day and provided vaccination for infectious diseases like measles.

Arsenic mitigation is another performance of ASAUP in rural area of Bangladesh.

Providing monetary assistance for aged people to lessen their burdens is our one of heartiest endeavor.

Tree plantation in coastal belt is a part of our green earth project. As a part of this project we have created nurseries at that area. A large number of people are being benefited both financially and environmentally.

ASAUP is fighting for human basic needs. So it endows Pregnancy allowance for poor women.

ASAUP is very much involved with celebrating National and International Days like National AIDS Day, World Environment Day, and National Youth Day, SAARC Youth Campaign etc.

ASAUP aimed at awarding people for clean Environment and sustainable ecology along with environment protection. As an eco friendly organization ASAUP operates campaign, rallies, meetings, postering to create consciousness among people about these. ASAUP is also responsible for making awareness among people about healthcare, education, employment etc.

Poverty reduction or Poverty alleviation are among millennium development Goals ;ASAUP is not out of these goals. ASAUP believes that one of major cause for poverty is unemployment and unskilled manpower; enhance upgrade skill and capability of poor and vulnerable people's livelihood and life standard. As in existing socio- economic condition women and children are most marginalized and most vulnerable, ASAUP decided to focus specially on woman and children and young people. ASAUP arranged workshops for skill development through tree plantation and other trainings like-pisciculture, poultry, mushroom project etc.
